Servers
Where are 1DED servers located?
All servers run in Istanbul, Turkey. Before you order, you can measure latency and download speed from your own connection with the looking glass (test IP 82.152.98.68).
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Each server is a KVM virtual machine with its own kernel and full root (or Administrator) access. You can also reach it through the browser console when SSH or RDP is unavailable.
Which operating systems can I install?
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, Fedora, AlpineLinux, Windows, MikroTik. You can reinstall a different OS from the panel at any time; reinstalling erases the disk.
Can I run Windows?
Yes, on plans with at least 4 GB of RAM (Cloud - 3 and above). The images are Windows Server 2022 and 2025 evaluation editions; activate them with your own license for long-term use.
Can I run MikroTik RouterOS?
Yes. MikroTik CHR 7.21.5 is a one-click image on every plan. You get the full RouterOS feature set; the CHR license level is between you and MikroTik.
How long does setup take?
Servers are created automatically right after payment. The panel shows progress, and you receive the IP address and login details there as soon as the machine is ready, usually within a few minutes.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Choose a larger plan from the server's page in the panel; you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Your data and IP address stay the same.
Is traffic really unmetered?
Yes. Every plan has unmetered traffic on a 10 Gbit/s port. There is no monthly transfer quota and no overage bill.
Billing
How does billing work?
You keep a prepaid balance in US dollars. A server's first month is taken from that balance when you order, and it renews from the balance each month. Prices are also shown per hour (the monthly price divided by 720) because unused hours are credited back if you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
The hours left in the paid month go back to your wallet as credit, minus a small cancellation fee. Extra IPv4 addresses are monthly and not refunded. You can use the credit for another server or a domain.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Top-ups are paid in USDT or TRX on the Tron (TRC-20) network. The panel shows the exact amount and wallet address and credits your balance once the transfer is confirmed on-chain.
Domains
How much does a domain cost?
A .com is $11.50 a year to register and $11.50 to renew. Other extensions are priced live when you search for them in the panel.
Account and support
How do I get support?
Open a ticket in the panel for technical, billing or sales questions. You can link Telegram to your account to get ticket replies and server alerts there, or email [email protected].
Is there an API?
Yes. Create personal API keys in the panel under Developer to manage servers from scripts and CI pipelines.
Do you have a reseller program?
Yes. Apply from your account. Approved partners get tiered discounts based on how many active servers they run, plus included IP changes per service.
