Every plan includes full root access, the browser console, snapshots, reverse DNS and API access. Hourly prices are the monthly price divided by 720 and are what you get back for unused time if you cancel.
Good to know before you order
Licensing
The images are Windows Server evaluation editions. Activate them with your own license key for long-term or production use.
Console when RDP fails
A firewall rule or wrong network setting will not lock you out; the browser console shows the server screen.
Switch any time
Reinstall to Linux from the panel if you change your mind. Reinstalling erases the disk.
Hourly credit
Test a Windows box for a day and cancel; unused hours go back to your wallet.
Questions about Windows VPS
Can I run Windows?
Yes, on plans with at least 4 GB of RAM (Cloud - 3 and above). The images are Windows Server 2022 and 2025 evaluation editions; activate them with your own license for long-term use.
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Each server is a KVM virtual machine with its own kernel and full root (or Administrator) access. You can also reach it through the browser console when SSH or RDP is unavailable.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Choose a larger plan from the server's page in the panel; you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Your data and IP address stay the same.
What happens if I cancel?
The hours left in the paid month go back to your wallet as credit, minus a small cancellation fee. Extra IPv4 addresses are monthly and not refunded. You can use the credit for another server or a domain.
Where are 1DED servers located?
All servers run in Istanbul, Turkey. Before you order, you can measure latency and download speed from your own connection with the looking glass (test IP 82.152.98.68).
